Philip Dautel

After studying medicine in Hamburg, Philip Dautel worked as an assistant physician at the Asklepios Klinik Barmbek under Prof. Faiss. Early on, he became enthusiastic about the technical aspects of gastroenterology, i.e. endoscopy. After a research stay with Prof. Allescher in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, he continued his work in Barmbek, became a senior physician there and has been working as a senior physician in the interdisciplinary endoscopy department at the UKE with Prof. Rösch since October 2019.
