Women in Endoscopy
A unique Mentorship Program bringing together the most renowned hepatobilliary physicians to share their experiences, clinical knowledge and future perspectives with a group of early career women endoscopists, creating the initial wave of what is meant to be a long-term initiative to drive systemic change.
The First Edition
April 2025 – February 2025
The first edition of the program offered a comprehensive exploration of endoscopic topics, enriched with expert insights and practical tips. It emphasized the development of soft skills and leadership, fostering both professional and personal growth. Participants also benefitted from valuable networking and knowledge-sharing opportunities while applying and deepening their theoretical understanding through hands-on activities.
