Tajana Pavic is a Professor of Medicine at University of Zagreb School of Medicine and a Head of Interventional Gastroenterology Unit at Sestre milosrdnice University Hospital Center in Zagreb, Croatia.
She is the director of the ESGE fellowship programme and the postgraduate master in EUS in her facility, and a certified expert in clinical nutrition and holder of the European diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism.
Areas of her scientific interest include metabolic and nutritional disorders of pancreatobiliary system; all aspects of endoscopic ultrasound, particularly pancreatic endotherapy. She is the president of the Endoscopic Ultrasound Section of the Croatian Society of Gastroenterology, member of the faculty at UEG Summer School and tutor at the ESGE Endoscopy Learning Area. She has
also participated as faculty in multiple national and international live endoscopy courses.
