Why join?

Integrating Endobariatric Procedures into Structured Obesity Care Pathways explores the evolving role of endoscopic bariatric therapies within comprehensive obesity management. Bringing together internationally recognised experts in gastroenterology, bariatric endoscopy and multidisciplinary obesity care, the programme examines how endobariatric procedures can be effectively integrated alongside lifestyle interventions, pharmacotherapy and bariatric surgery. Through focused lectures and expert discussion, participants will gain practical guidance on patient selection, multidisciplinary decision-making and long-term management strategies that support sustainable clinical outcomes.

Obesity is a chronic, relapsing disease requiring coordinated long-term management rather than isolated therapeutic interventions. As endobariatric procedures continue to expand, clinicians need greater clarity on how to appropriately position these therapies within structured care pathways and multidisciplinary treatment models. This course addresses current evidence, patient selection and integration of endoscopic therapies to optimise outcomes while supporting personalised obesity care.

Participants will:

  • Understand obesity as a chronic disease requiring structured multidisciplinary management.
  • Recognise where endobariatric procedures fit within the spectrum of obesity treatments.
  • Improve patient selection for endoscopic bariatric therapies.
  • Learn practical approaches to integrating endobariatric interventions into long-term care pathways.
  • Gain insights from expert discussion on multidisciplinary collaboration and follow-up.
