SCIENTIFIC RATIONALE

The course aims to provide an in-depth look at the therapeutic management of a condition that is increasingly common, yet still not well known: Eosinophilic Esophagitis. During the course, Professor Evan S. Dellon, one of the world’s leading experts on this condition, will give a lecture on the therapeutic approach to eosinophilic esophagitis. On this occasion, the various treatment options, the data available in the literature, and the recommendations provided by the most recent national and international guidelines will be explored.
In addition, two clinical cases with corresponding commentary will be presented, allowing for discussion and highlighting of the different management aspects of EoE in relation to diagnosis and therapy.
