Roberto Gabbiadini works as a gastroenterologist in the IBD Center at Humanitas Research Hospital (Milan, Italy) under the direction of Prof. Alessandro Armuzzi. He graduated in Medicine in 2016 at the University of the Pavia and subsequently specialized in Gastroenterology and Digestive Endoscopy at the Humanitas University in 2021. In the last years, his interest focused on inflammatory bowel diseases publishing articles in international journals about this topic as an author or co-author. He is a member of the Italian Group for the study of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IG-IBD). He also performs endoscopy dedicated to IBD patients and he is a sub-investigator in clinical trials of experimental therapies for IBD at Humanitas Research Hospital. He also cooperates in a multidisciplinary team composed by dermatologists, rheumatologists, and colorectal surgeons for the management of extraintestinal manifestations or surgical treatment of IBD patients.
