Amit Bhatt, MD is a therapeutic endoscopist in the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Cleveland Clinic. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, and Gastroenterology. His areas of clinical interest are detection and management of early gastrointestinal cancers, performing endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) and peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM). His areas of research interest are biomarkers for detection of early gastrointestinal cancers and endoscopic device innovation.
