The answer is

B) Incomplete margin

For sessile serrated lesions (SSL), incomplete endoscopic margin (i.e., residual polyp) is the key finding mandating early repeat at 6 months. Dysplasia also warrants follow-up but not necessarily 6 months in all guidelines.
